Assisi Oil Mill

Our farm is located in Assisi, among the olive groves that surround the picturesque landscape of the Umbrian hills. Here, we grow our olives with organic methods, respecting the environment and local traditions. Each olive is carefully harvested and processed in our company oil mill, where experience and passion for our work translate into an oil that tells the story of this unique territory. From the field to the bottle, each phase of production is carefully managed to ensure a product of the highest quality.
