Bottles and tins travel in protective packaging designed for liquids. If your parcel arrives damaged, write to us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll replace it.

Yes: you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. Returns must be agreed in advance by writing to agricola@nizzi.com; once approved, we’ll send you the label. The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

Within 10 working days of the return being approved, to your original payment method. If you haven’t received it after 15 working days, please contact us.

It means the oil is obtained at a temperature below 27 °C, by mechanical processes only. At our olive mill in Spello we mill the olives within 24 hours of the harvest.

The bottle is handy at the table; the tin protects the oil better from light and air and is better value per litre. A good system: keep the tin in the pantry and refill the bottle.

Away from light and heat, tightly closed and well away from the hob. Once opened, it is at its best over the following months.

The harvest and milling begin in autumn. You can pre-order the 2026 new-season oil: we ship it as soon as it is bottled, from late October.
