How much does it cost to ship from us to you?
Prices include VAT, for packages up to 5 kg. Times in working days.

ShippingWhich countries do you ship to?
In Italy and in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Sweden.
ShippingHow is the oil packaged?
Bottles and cans travel in protective packaging designed for liquids. If the package arrives damaged, write to us within 7 days with a photo: we will replace it.
ReturnsCan I return a product?
Yes: you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, even without providing a reason. The return must be agreed upon in advance by writing to agricola@nizzi.com; if accepted, we will send you the label. The product must be intact, unopened, and in its original packaging.
ReturnsWhen do I get my refund?
Within 10 business days of the return approval, via the original payment method. If you have not received it after 15 business days, please contact us.
OilWhat does "cold pressed" mean?
That the oil is obtained at a temperature below 27 °C, solely through mechanical processes. At our oil mill in Spello, we process the olives within 24 hours of harvesting.
OilIs the can or the bottle better?
The bottle is convenient at the table; the tin protects the oil better from light and air and is more cost-effective per liter. A good system: keep the tin in the pantry and refill the bottle.
OilHow is extra virgin olive oil stored?
Keep away from light and heat, well sealed, and far from the stove. Once opened, it is best used within the following months.
OilWhen does the new oil arrive?
Harvesting and milling begin in autumn. You can pre-order the new 2026 oil: we will ship it as soon as it is bottled, from the end of October.
